Our Team
Susan Iliefski-Janols
Sustainability, Coach & TrainerSusan brings 25+ years of sustainability leadership across hygiene, health, consumer goods, forest, and packaging sectors. Her expertise spans climate action, circular solutions, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Life Cycle Management.
She has held strategic leadership roles at Essity and SCA, driving cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability targets into core business strategy. She currently chairs the Swedish Life Cycle Center, has served as company lead at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, held roles in major trade associations including Edana, and was a partner in the Win Win award.
Stefan has 25+ years of leadership experience across the automotive and energy sectors, with a track record in operations, sales, and business development. He has held senior roles at Autoliv, Plasman, Shiloh Industries, Tetra Pak, and Powerpipe, including CEO positions, giving him visibility across both industrial manufacturing and commercial growth functions.
He currently serves as VP and Head of Sales and Marketin at Clean Motion , where he leads strategic sales initiatives in the sustainable mobility space. As a board member of Rise IVF intressentförening, he connects Susteed to a broad network of manufacturing research and industry expertise.
